Delete your account
You can delete your WaterIShop account yourself at any time, in the app or on this web site.
Steps
- Log in to WaterIShop (in the app, or on waterishop.com).
- Open your profile.
- At the bottom, tap "Delete my account".
- Enter the code we send to your phone by WhatsApp (or to your email if your account has no phone number), and confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, phone numbers, email address, country, address and date of birth.
- All your products and their pictures.
- Your contact-form messages and your reports on listings.
- Your seller subscription, including any time left on it.
Deletion is immediate and can't be undone. Short-lived security logs are removed automatically after a limited time.
Can't log in?
Email us at info@waterishop.com from your account's email address, or contact us with your account's phone number, and we'll delete the account for you.
Admin accounts can't be deleted until another admin changes their role to User.
